My name is Michael. I have worked in the real estate business for 16 years. When I retired in 2019, I missed all that. That’s why I never lost interest in real estate. Now I live in Thailand and new real estate projects have become my hobby.

Since some of my friends share the same interests, we decided to gather our information in one central place and make it available to everyone for free. This is how Thailand Projects was born.

We are NOT real estate agents. Nor do we work in the industry. We are just a small group of friends who enjoy real estate and have turned it into a hobby.

Thailand Projects serves as a source of information and a decision-making aid. If you are interested in a property, unfortunately we cannot help you. However, we may be able to recommend real estate agents with whom we have had good experiences.

We believe that it is easier for everyone when expats support each other abroad. Almost everyone has expertise and specialized knowledge in one area. With Thailand Projects we want to do our part to make our knowledge available to everyone free of charge.
